Bottles and Decoration

We invite you to learn about the methods of bottle decoration below.

Bottle

For small projects the bottle itself (the glass) is selected from the readily available bottles that can be sourced from the market. Only if you can go for a big project (more than a few million bottles a year) it makes sense to design your own unique bottle shape.

Bottle Decoration

The graphics on the bottle can be applied as a label (a sticker made of paper or plastic) or the bottle itself can be painted. The label will be much cheaper, while the painting will give you a lot of quality and premiumness. For a small to mid projects it is a far better investment to spend money on quality painting of the bottle than on the glass bottle design itself.

  • Labeling - modern labeling allows for creating labels in a full range of colors with photographic precision.

  • Painting - the painting process covers the entire bottle or selected parts, offering various finishes such as pearl effects, subtle tactile impressions, frosted effect, and many more.

  • Screen printing - thanks to advanced screen printing technology, bottles become unique works of art, perfect for the alcohol industry. A wide range of colors allows you to match the design to your style.

  • Metallization - the metallization process, available in transparent and opaque variants, enables striking decoration and a mirror-like shine that attracts attention, emphasizing the uniqueness of the product.

  • Inkjet - INK JET printing technology allows for precise application of patterns on both concave and convex surfaces of bottles. With this method, we can even apply real photographic images. Inkjet represents an innovative decoration method, giving the product a unique character.

  • Hot Stamping - adding a shiny, metallic effect enchants with its beautiful gloss, serving as both a subtle accent and a significant part of the decoration. This gives the final product exceptional style and elegance.

  • Frosting - chemical frosting is a process in which the external layers of a glass bottle are removed using chemical substances. This gives the bottle a unique, opaque appearance, as well as an exceptionally smooth surface with a satin finish.

  • Precious metals - thermoplastic pastes with added gold and platinum, characterized by a noble metal content of up to 12%, are used on both smooth and chemically frosted glass surfaces, giving the print a distinguished shine, implying the success of the brand.
